On-Line Returns, Refunds And Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return it within 15 days of purchase.

Simply bring the item to PowerLine Electronics directly with your original invoice and a sales associate will assist you.

If you cannot bring the item to the store please call us or mail [email protected] for information on how to ship the item back to us and we will promptly process your refund or exchange when we receive your item.

Shipping fees to return an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return is a defective product, in which case PowerLine Electronics will pay for shipping back to the store. If the item is determined to be in good working order then the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

PowerLine Electronics reserves the right to cancel orders and promptly refund the clients credit card and/or money because of pricing errors, inventory availability, or errors in labelling.


Conditions

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from PowerLine Electronics is required for all returns. Please contact the store locally at 519-836-1157 or toll free at 1 866 304-3339 to speak with a representative to obtain your RMA#.

Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange within 30 days of the purchase. All items purchased from PowerLine Electronics come with a full manufacturers warranty and will be handled as per the manufacturers warranty procedure after 30 days.

The product must be in new and re-saleable condition and complete with all packaging, manuals and accessories that were originally included with the product being returned. Returns that have items missing may be refused or have the value of the missing items deducted from the refund.

Any "free, bonus or promotional"items received with the item being returned must also be returned. If you wish to keep the additional item(s) then the retail value will be deducted from your refund.

There are no refunds on headphones for hygienic reasons. Perishable items and consumables, such as batteries, are final sale and are not returnable. These items may be exchanged for the same model if defective.

Pool cues and darts are not returnable unless defective. Defective pool cues and darts must be returned to the store within 7 days of receiving your order, and may be exchanged for the same item.

Items that have been installed may be subject to a restocking fee or be refused depending on their condition.

Any fees associated with shipping, installation, labour, programming or professional on-site set-up are not refundable if the service has already been completed or is in the process of being completed.

The Powerline Price Match Policy

If you find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, new, identical item from an Authorized Canadian dealer, just show us the price and we will match it.

If our competitor has a bonus offer with an item that we carry, we will match the competitor's price and provide the identical bonus item where possible. If our competitor offers a free gift card with an item that we carry, we will match the competitor's price and provide the same valued gift card. We do not match tender, such as gift card discounts, with our competitors.

For Internet and delivered purchases, the competitor must have the item in stock on its website and next-day shipping and handling fees will be added to the competitor's price to make a fair comparison against our price. If no shipping and handling charges are readily available in the advertisement, a flat fee of $15 will be added to the competitor's price. Additional shipping charges apply to some towns in Canada. Our associates can help you determine these costs.

An identical item is a product with the same manufacturer and model number. An Authorized Canadian dealer is a retailer that the Canadian manufacturer willingly sells to (typically, unauthorized dealers do not offer legal Canadian warranties and/or packaging). The Powerline Price Match Policy does not apply to refurbished items or demos.

An advertisement is defined as a copy of a current Canadian dated advertisement, original register receipt, catalogue page or competitor's Web page.

The Powerline Price Match Policy does not apply to competitor's or Powerline Electronics advertising that states "limited quantities," "clearance," "close-outs," "bankruptcies" or special events (e.g., Boxing Week, Black Friday). We do not match typographical errors in competitors' advertisements. Prices do not include applicable taxes and/or eco-fees. We reserve the right to modify the terms of our Price Match Guarantee from time to time.

When placing an order online, price match is available by calling 519-836-1157 during regular business hours. For an in-store price match, please see an associate at the store. This policy is subject to change without notice.


Shipping

Additional shipping charges apply to some towns in Canada. We will contact you to let you know if your location warrants additional shipping charges. Our associates can help you determine these costs.
